Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, English-speaking Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Vashi clinic.

This role is critical — you are the face and voice of Replay Physio.

You will:
- Handle patient inquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp)
- Coordinate appointments and schedules
- Support discovery call bookings
- Ensure a smooth and premium patient experience

Key Responsibilities

1️ Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist patients professionally
- Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area
- Manage appointment scheduling software
- Confirm and remind patients about appointments





2️ Call Handling & Lead Conversion
- Handle inbound calls from Google/Meta ad leads
- Convert inquiries into discovery calls with senior physiotherapists
- Share basic clinic details and location information
- Route medical queries appropriately (without diagnosing)

3️ Administrative Support
- Maintain patient records accurately
- Coordinate with physiotherapists regarding schedules
- Handle billing coordination and payment tracking
- Manage basic Excel/Google Sheets data entry

4️ Communication & Brand Representation
- Speak fluent English (Hindi and Marathi preferred)
- Maintain a calm, confident, and positive tone
- Represent Replay Physio’s premium brand positioning

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate preferred
- Fluent spoken English (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year experience in reception/front desk/customer service
- Comfortable with computers, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets
