Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into internal systems, spreadsheets, and software tools
- Update and maintain records, databases, and reports
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information
- Perform basic administrative and documentation tasks as required

Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good typing speed with attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of data handling and confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and adapt
