Job Summary:
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding colleges, fees, eligibility, and entrance exams.
- Counsel students about career options and help them select suitable colleges/universities.
- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain student data and call records in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Schedule appointments for counselling sessions (online/offline).
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team and management.
- Maintain a skilled and friendly relationship with students and parents.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
