We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in running paid digital campaigns. The role focuses on executing, optimizing, and scaling ads across platforms to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads)
- Monitor daily performance including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
- Optimize budgets to maximize ROI
- Coordinate with content, design, and SEO teams
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Stay updated with platform and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Robust analytical and optimization skills
- Basic understanding of funnels, landing pages, and tracking
- Ability to work from the office (Nanpura, Surat)
