Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Interior Design Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand their design needs, preferences, budget, and timelines
- Create space plans, layouts, 3D designs, mood boards, and material selections
- Prepare design presentations and walkthroughs for clients
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution
- Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and quality standards
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Sales & Client Management Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming leads and conduct client consultations
- Pitch design concepts, packages, and services effectively
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
- Negotiate pricing and close design projects
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field




- 1-5 years of experience in interior design with client-facing or sales exposure
- Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial interiors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in design studios or turnkey interior projects
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture sourcing
- Strong aesthetic sense combined with commercial awareness
