We are looking for an Upselling Executive who will connect with existing customers and suggest suitable software upgrades or services based on their needs, while helping increase company sales.

Job Responsibilities-
- Connect with existing customers to understand their business and accounting requirements.
- Promote and upsell software upgrades, add-ons, renewals, and related services.
- Explain product features and benefits in a simple and convincing manner.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer usage of Tally solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth activation and customer support.
- Customer-focused mindset with sales orientation.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.




- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Good Communication skills.
- Minimum 70% in 10th & 12th.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,500.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
