Job Description - Finance Associate

Job Summary:
The Finance Associate will play a key role in managing Compliance-related financial operations, including loan documentation, fund disbursements, credit facility monitoring, and regular coordination with banks and financial institutions. The role also involves supporting funding and Banking-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Bank Finance & Loan Management:
- Handle end-to-end bank finance activities including preparation of project reports, CMA data, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for term loans, working capital limits, LC/BG facilities, and disbursements.
- Coordinate with banks for issuance, amendment, renewal, and closure of Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs), including margin management and compliance with sanction terms.
- Maintain and monitor all banking transactions, repayment schedules, and interest calculations.
- Prepare MIS reports on loan utilization,



interest costs, and fund flow.
- Liaise with banks for renewal, documentation, and compliance.

Share Issuance and Equity Management:
- Assist in the issuance of shares and equity-related documentation.
- Coordinate with company secretaries, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities for compliance.

Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all RBI, MCA, and banking-related financial norms.
- Track and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual compliances required by banks and lenders.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections.

Proposals Documentation & Communication:
- Drafting, analyzing, and evaluating proposals, including feasibility assessment.
- Preparation and issuance of proposal letters and related correspondence.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with external consultants, bankers, and financial advisors for ongoing transactions.
