Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Overview

Zen Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our team. The Staff Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in various departments, including ICU, Casualty, Ward, Operation Theatre (OT), and Outpatient Department (OPD). The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes in a supportive and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients in assigned departments (ICU, Casualty,



Ward, OT, or OPD).

Monitoring and Assessment: Observe, assess, and record patients’ conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatments, reporting any changes to the attending physician.

Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hospital protocols.

Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and support staff in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Emergency Response: Provide immediate care in emergencies, following hospital protocols such as “Code Blue” for cardiac arrest or stroke scenarios.

Patient Education: Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including charts, reports, and care plans, in compliance with hospital standards.
