Job Title: Architect

We are seeking a skilled Commercial & Residential Architect responsible for designing, planning, and executing architectural projects for residential and commercial developments. The role involves concept design, client coordination, preparation of drawings, and site execution support while ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and working drawings
- Handle residential and commercial project planning and execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure adherence to building by-laws, codes, and approvals
- Conduct site visits and support project execution

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture
- Experience in residential and commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related design tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
