We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan, design, and oversee the construction of buildings and structures. The Architect will work closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to deliver functional, sustainable, and visually compelling designs that meet regulatory and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and construction documents
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations
- Oversee project progress and conduct site visits
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction quality
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines





Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect (or in the process of licensure, if applicable)
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Robust understanding of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
