Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve ice creams, desserts, and beverages as per brand standards
- Handle billing and cash/card payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Assist in stock management and daily store operations
- Follow opening and closing shift procedures
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Prior retail or food service experience is an advantage
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (11 AM-8 PM / 3 PM-12 AM)
- Energetic, responsible, and customer-focused attitude
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
