About the Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator / Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring efficient front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments, queries, and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth front desk operations
- Supervise and guide front office staff
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Liaise with medical staff and departments
- Deliver a high standard of patient care and support

Skills & Qualifications





Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare field
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Professional and empathetic patient handling
- Basic computer proficiency
