We are currently seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Expert with a minimum of 2.5+ years of experience to join our team. As a Facebook Ads Expert, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing effective Facebook advertising campaigns to meet our objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand advertising goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.
- Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including ad set-up, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to inform ad strategies.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns to optimize for key metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and ad copy to determine the most effective messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights,



demonstrating the impact of Facebook ad campaigns.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Facebook advertising or a related digital marketing role.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
- E-commerce experience is a plus

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor, and data analytics tools.

Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, effective communication, collaboration, and adaptability.

Job Type - In office Only. (No Work From Home)

Working Days - Mon to Sat 10 AM to 7 PM.
