Job Overview

We are hiring Japanese-speaking Customer Support Associates to support a leading online shopping platform.

Open to Malaysians & All Nationalities
JLPT N1 Holders or Native Japanese Speakers
No English Required

Requirements:
- JLPT N1 Certification OR Native Japanese Speaker
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
- Willing to work rotational shifts
- Willing to relocate to Malaysia

Salary & Allowances
- RM 8,000 - RM 9,000 Basic (Based on CS Experience)
- RM 500 Transportation Allowance
- Shift Allowance (Applicable for Afternoon Shifts)

Working Hours

Rotational Shifts (5 Days a Week)
- 8AM-5PM
- 9AM-6PM
- 1PM-10PM
- 3PM-12AM (MYT)

Visa processing timeline: Approximately 2 months after selection

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
