Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive responsible for managing sales data, reporting, and handling government tender processes for metal false ceiling projects. The role requires strong coordination skills, analytical ability, and knowledge of tender documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports. 2. Maintain database of customers, contractors,



architects, and government departments. 3. Coordinate with sales team for data collection and accuracy. 4. Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with production & dispatch team. 5. Search and identify recent government tenders related to metal false ceiling projects. 6. Regularly monitor various Government portals. 7. Review tender documents including BOQ, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria. 8. Follow up for pre-bid meetings, corrigendum updates, and bid clarifications. 9. Track project pipeline and prepare order forecasting reports. 10. Maintain CRM data including enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, order status and PI.
