E-commerce Operations Management:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day supply operations for multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
- Monitor and manage inventory and fulfillment to ensure a smooth process from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics teams and third-party partners to ensure timely deliveries and proper stock levels.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and platform performance.
- Data Analysis Reporting:
- Use Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, returns, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze data from e-commerce platforms to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.




- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting key metrics and suggesting actionable insights.
- Order Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels across platforms and proactively manage re-ordering and restocking based on trends, seasonality, and sales forecasts.
- Address issues related to product availability, order cancellations, returns, and customer queries.
