Job Opening: Senior Architect

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and planning
- Prepare and review concept designs, working drawings, and execution drawings
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Conduct site visits and oversee on-site implementation and quality control
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and regulations
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture




- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience:
- Solid experience in hospital projects (mandatory)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for project sites
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- 3D
