Roles & Responsibilities

Assessment & Evaluation
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children to identify strengths, functional limitations, and developmental needs. Assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, balance, coordination, handwriting, activities of daily living (ADLs), play skills, and overall functional participation. Use standardized assessment tools, clinical observations, and parent or caregiver interviews to accurately understand each child’s profile. Document assessment findings and clinical impressions in transparent, structured evaluation reports.

Therapy & Intervention
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each child’s goals, using neuro-affirming and child-centered approaches. Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions focusing on sensory integration, fine motor development, handwriti
