_Position_: MIS Executive - Travel Industry

- Key Responsibilities:_
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (Sales, Refunds, ADMs, Incentives)
- Agent-wise, airline-wise & branch-wise performance reporting
- Reconcile sales with GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) & consolidators
- Maintain chargeback, refund & productivity trackers
- Support management with dashboards, analysis & forecasts
- Requirements:_
- 2-5 years MIS experience in Travel/Ticketing company
- Strong knowledge of ticketing lifecycle, refunds & commissions
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
- Understanding of GDS & BSP/ARC reports preferred.
- Travel Industry Operations Support:
- Coordinate with Ticketing, Refund, QC, and Accounts teams
- Data Management & Compliance:_
- Maintain accurate databases for:
- Bookings and ticketing data
- Airline performance metrics
- Vendor and consolidator records
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting:




- Maintain historical data for audits and management review

Management & Process Support
- Identify trends, gaps, and insights from MIS data
- Support management with forecasting and performance analysis:
- Assist in creating SOPs, trackers, and MIS formats:
- Improve reporting efficiency using Excel automation and formulas
- Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have:_
- 2-5 years of experience in an MIS role within a Travel / Ticketing company:
- Solid understanding of:
- Air ticketing lifecycle
- Refunds, cancellations & reissues
- Airline incentives and commissions
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS)
- Working knowledge of GDS reports:
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good-to-Have-_
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre:
- Knowledge of BSP / ARC reports:
- Basic understanding of Power BI or Google Sheets:
- Familiarity with chargebacks and ADM
