Key Responsibilities

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share within a defined geographical area. This includes:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and targeting potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and utilizing the company's CRM system.
- Sales Cycle Management: Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining solid, long-lasting customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
- Product Expertise: Developing a deep understanding of MNM Solutions' products/services to effectively present and demonstrate their value proposition to prospects.
- Market Analysis: Keeping abreast of market trends,



competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Accurately forecasting sales, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining detailed records of sales activities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaboration: Working closely with the technical support, marketing, and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product/service implementation.
- Travel: Traveling extensively within the assigned territory to meet with prospects and clients

Required Qualifications
- Experience: [1+ years] of proven experience in a field sales, outside sales, or business development role, preferably within the ANY sector.
