We are a growing digital services company specializing in Website Development, SEO, Social Media Management, and Digital Marketing. We are looking for a responsible and organized Customer Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

This role does not involve sales targets and focuses purely on coordination and operational support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Coordination: Communicate with customers and ensure smooth follow-ups and updates.
- Operational Tasks: Handle daily operational activities to ensure smooth business processes.
- Basic Accounting: Maintain basic bookkeeping records and assist with invoices and financial documentation.
- Administrative Support: Assist with office administration and maintain organized records.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of customer requirements.

Requirements:




- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets preferred).
- Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers are mandatory and preferred).
- Languages: English (preferred), Kannada (preferred).
- Must be able to commute/relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka.
