Job Description for Trainee
- Coordinator Profile:
-
- Prepare training schedules and agendas.
- Give Induction to new Joiners.
- Prepare training materials(presentation, worksheets, schedules, etc).
- Give training to all new joiners.
- Grievance Handling
- Coordinate with trainer for training to be conducted on time.
- Update all MIS Tracker.
- Plan general training for employees
- Training need analysis
- Raise training as per need
- Planning for training
- Management and Technical interaction
- Determine overall effectiveness of trainings and make improvements.
- Evaluate employees and identifies areas needing improvements.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.40 - ₹20,000.48 per month
