Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled VMC Machine Operator to handle our 3-axis Vertical Machining Centers. You will be responsible for the daily operation of machines using Mitsubishi and Fanuc controllers, ensuring parts are produced to exact specifications under the guidance of the Production Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Setup materials and enter machine codes as directed by the Production Lead.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models to understand part orientations, tolerances, and surface finish requirements. No need for 3D CAD modelling knowledge, but must be able to understand orientations, geometry, tolerances, fits & finish requirements from drawings & 3D CAD models.
- Process Documentation: Diligently maintain job cards, noting down all activities and ensuring timely submission to the Production Lead and Quality team.
- Quality Coordination:



Work closely with Quality Managers/Inspectors to ensure parts meet standards.
- Communication: Maintain explicit communication with the team; immediately escalate any technical doubts or discrepancies to the Production Lead to involve the Engineering department.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: ITI, NTTF, CMTI, or a Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering, plus relevant certifications.
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience operating 3-axis VMC machines.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Mitsubishi & Fanuc controllers and a strong grasp of machining processes.
- Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, flexibility in shifts/tasks, and clear verbal communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
