Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of garment production teams.
- Ensure all garments meet specified quality standards.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished products.
- Train current team members and provide ongoing training for current employees.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Create and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Monitor production costs and maintain budgetary controls.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,111.18 per month
