Curriculum Design & Development
- Design and develop curriculum frameworks aligned with national and international standards (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, IB as applicable).
- Create detailed lesson plans, unit plans, and learning pathways.
- Ensure vertical and horizontal curriculum alignment across grades.
- Integrate 21st-century skills, competency-based learning, and NEP 2020 principles where relevant.

Content Creation
- Develop high-quality instructional materials including:
- Student books and worksheets
- Teacher guides
- Digital learning modules
- Assessments and rubrics
- Ensure content is age-appropriate, engaging, and culturally relevant.

Digital & Interactive Learning
- Design e-learning content, multimedia scripts, and interactive activities.
- Collaborate with multimedia teams for videos, animations, and LMS deployment.
- Ensure content is optimized for blended and online learning environments.

Assessment & Evaluation
- Develop formative and summative assessments aligned to learning outcomes.




- Create question banks and competency-based evaluation tools.
- Analyze student performance data to recommend curriculum improvements.

Quality Assurance
- Review and edit content for accuracy, pedagogy, language, and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with board guidelines and academic standards.
- Maintain version control and documentation of curriculum materials.

Collaboration
- Support teacher training and orientation on newly developed curriculum.
- Participate in academic planning meetings and review cycles.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education / Instructional Design / Subject specialization (preferred).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- 3-6 years of experience in curriculum design or academic content development.
- Experience in K-12 education (CBSE preferred).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
