Job Summary:
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of professional spa services to employees within a corporate setting. Your role is to promote relaxation, physical well-being, and stress relief through high-quality treatments while maintaining a clean, calm, and professional workspace. You will play a key role in enhancing employee wellness and supporting company wellness initiatives.
Daily Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of massage therapies and spa treatments as per scheduled appointments (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy).
- Conduct brief consultations to understand client needs and customize treatments accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain a clean and hygienic treatment area before and after each session.
- Maintain a professional, calm, and respectful approach while interacting with clients.
- Keep simple and confidential records of treatments and client feedback as per company policy.
- Manage your time efficiently and adhere to the daily appointment schedule.
- Assist in wellness activities or health drives organized by the company, when required.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of products, towels, and equipment.
- Follow all company protocols related to hygiene, dress code, and professional behavior.
