Job Title:Operations Associate

Job City:Koramangala, Bangalore (work from home, Saturday half day, 1 day/week in person )

Job Profile & Responsibilities

TRANSACTIONS: Process and track investment transactions in a timely manner in line with the prescribed turnaround times.
OPERATIONS: Manage regular operational tasks like SIP | STP Tracking, data feed management, coordination with fund houses and RTAs, filing of acknowledgement and documents, update CAS and account statements, capital gain and other reports as required.
DOCUMENTATION: Prepare necessary forms for record keeping, audit and reguatory requirements, transmission and other areas of the business.
SERVICE: Respond to client’s back-office queries in timely manner and effectively resolve in a timebound manner.
