Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order processing across all marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and the brand website.
- Oversee dispatches, pickups, returns, RTOs, and claims reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate closure.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, regular audits, and real-time stock synchronization between OMS/ERP and marketplace portals.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and floor operations team to ensure smooth daily dispatches and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor returns data, courier issues, shortages, damages, and claim settlements across platforms.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports covering orders, returns, claims, inventory status, and operational KPIs.
- Implement and enforce process discipline, SOP adherence, and operational controls across the operations team.
- Use OMS Guru (ERP/OMS) for order, inventory, and claims management and Superworks (HRMS) for attendance, productivity tracking, and task allocation.
- Support system integrations and tool usage, including ERP, courier dashboards,



and internal reporting systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and planning teams for demand forecasting, stock allocation, and inward planning.
- Identify operational gaps and actively suggest process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Skills & Competencies:
- Robust knowledge of order processing, returns, RTOs, and claims handling.
- Hands-on experience with OMS Guru, ERP systems, and operational dashboards.
- Proficiency in Excel for MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Strong team handling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, reliable, disciplined, and process-focused.
- Ability to manage floor operations and ensure execution under pressure.

Preferred Background:
- Experience working with fashion or ethnicwear brands with high SKU volumes.
- Prior exposure to multi-marketplace operations and warehouse coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 pe
