This is a full time position of Area Sales Manager for our Brand "HEIM"
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect potential customers, including retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of Sales Promoters and provide coaching, training, and guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure proper product knowledge and training for the sales team.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Travel within the territory to meet customers, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
