Job Title: Education Counselor
Experience: 2-3 Years
Location: Nagpur
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure admissions
- Maintain student records and admission data
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under targets
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 2-3 years of experience in education counseling / academic advisory
