- In-process quality monitoring during rolling
- ISO documentation & audit handling
- Customer complaint handling & RCA
- Preparation of Mill Test Certificate (MTC)
- Rejection control & yield improvement

Spectrometer analysis

UTM machine handling & calibration

Mechanical & metallurgical testing supervision

Third-party inspection coordination

ISO 9001 documentation & audit handling

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for rejection / complaints

Process parameter improvement/Yield improvement initiatives

Shift-wise manpower planning

Required Qualification:B.Tech / Diploma in Metallurgical / Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 7-12 years experience in Steel

Rolling Mill QC Rolling process /knowledge Metallurgical properties, understanding Spectrometer & UTM machine handling ,Knowledge of IS standards /ISO documentation knowledge

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
