Key Responsibilities
- Manage order-related concerns, including returns, replacements, delays, and payment queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely responses and issue closure.
- Track and report key metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure a smooth customer experience.




- Identify common issues and provide feedback to improve service processes.

Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, or client service
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional attitude under pressure.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Empathetic listener with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, or wellness brands is a plus.

Preferred Profile
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
- Comfortable in a startup-style, high-growth environment.
