We bridge the gap between complex financial products and the customers who need them by partnering with India’s top private banks and NBFCs. We are looking for a Credit Operations Specialist to be the gatekeeper of our document funnel to ensure every file we log is bulletproof.

ROLE PURPOSE

This is not a back-office data entry role. As a Credit Operations Specialist, you are responsible for the Technical and Credit validation of loan files before they hit the bank or NBFC’s portal. You will act as a “Pre-Credit Manager,” auditing bank statements, salary slips, and KYC documents to identify red flags, minimize “First Time Not Right” (FTNR) rejections, and track the file lifecycle from login to disbursal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Credit Evaluation & Pre-Audit
- Credit Analysis:



Review 6-12-month bank statements to identify "Credit Red Flags"—including cheque bounces, inward returns, Minimum Average Balance (MAB) erosion, and suspicious round-sum transfers.
- Income Validation: Verify salary slips against bank credits and Form 16/ITR filings to ensure FOIR compliance.
- Fraud Detection: Detect document tampering, font mismatches, or inconsistent data points across KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID).

2. End-to-End File Lifecycle Management
- Login to Disbursal (L2D) Tracking: Manage the entire journey of a file through various bank/NBFC portals.
- FTNR Management: Proactively identify and resolve “First Time Not Right” errors. Your goal is to achieve a >95% “First-Time-Right” login rate.
- Query Resolution: Coordinate with Bank Credit Managers and Operations desks to resolve technical queries and information requests within 2-4 hours.
