Position : Backend Operations Executive (Order Management)

Experience : 1 to 3 yrs

Location : Daryaganj, Delhi

Salary : 15k to 20k

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of orders received via various channels
- Coordinate with warehouse to verify stock availability, track inventory levels, and update stock status in the system
- Schedule and coordinate order shipments with logistics partners, track in-transit orders, and manage last-mile delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions, order details, and customer interactions. Prepare reports related to order metrics.
- Identify and resolve problems concerning order delays, damages, transportation, or customer complaints in a timely
- Prepare necessary documents such as invoices, purchase orders, shipping manifests, and ensure all order-related activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.





Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in backend operations, customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Daryaganj, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
