We are hiring an Academic Counsellor to manage student renewals, retention, and ongoing engagement. The role involves counselling existing students and parents, addressing concerns, and achieving renewal targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student renewals and course extensions
- Engage with students and parents to ensure satisfaction
- Address academic concerns and reduce churn
- Coordinate with academic teams
- Maintain CRM/LMS records
- Achieve renewal and retention targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Academic Counsellor or similar role:
- Freshers with solid communication skills are also welcome to apply:
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Experience in EdTech/coaching preferred
- Target-driven, student-focused approach
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
