- Inventory Handling Executive (Garments - Shirts)

Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Godown Inventory Handling Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations for shirts. The role involves receiving sales orders, managing inventory, coordinating packing through helpers, and ensuring timely dispatch through drivers and courier partners.

Shift Time: 10 am to 9 pm
Salary: 18K To 30k

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Handling
- Maintain accurate stock records of shirts (size-wise, colour-wise, style-wise).
- Handle inward and outward stock entries and ensure physical stock matches records.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the office/team about low stock or discrepancies.

Order Processing & Packing
- Receive dispatch orders from the office/sales team.
- Pick correct items as per order (style, size, colour, quantity).
- Instruct and supervise helpers for proper packing, labelling, and sealing of parcels.
- Ensure packing is done safely to avoid damage during transit.





Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with drivers for parcel pickup from godown.
- Instruct drivers to drop parcels at the courier office/transport hub on time.
- Ensure dispatch documents (invoice, challan, LR, courier slips) are correct and complete.
- Track dispatched parcels and update dispatch status to the office.

Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain daily dispatch and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle basic issues related to stock mismatch, delayed dispatch, or packing errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in godown/warehouse handling (garments preferred).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and order dispatch processes.
- Ability to manage helpers and coordinate with drivers.
- Basic reading, writing, and calculation skills.
- Familiarity with Excel, registers, or inventory
