Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures with drop cloths and masking tape
- Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections in walls and ceilings
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas
- Complete projects within deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter (1-3+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and tools
- Ability to work at heights and use ladders/scaffolding safely
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential and commercial painting
- Knowledge of drywall repair and finishing
- Basic knowledge of color theory and mixing
