Maintain and update customer database in CRM system
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Follow up on pending payments
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Support sales team with data and lead management
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any stream (BBA / B.Com preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in CRM or customer service (Pharma experience preferred)
- Freshers with good computer skills can also apply

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
