Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee life cycle from induction to exit, ensuring seamless onboarding, training, performance management, and separation processes.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives to drive high morale among blue-collar employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute recruitment plans for non-technical roles within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations related to blue-collar workforce management.
- Analyse metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field with expertise in Blue Collar Hiring & Employee Life Cycle Management.
- Robust understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations governing industrial relations.
- Proven track record of developing successful talent acquisition strategies for non-technical roles.
