Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates across various departments, with a strong focus on meeting hiring targets and maintaining a quality candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, location, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Schedule technical/managerial interviews and coordinate with interview panels.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Negotiate salary and joining dates within approved company guidelines.
- Conduct reference/background verification coordination where applicable.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Maintain candidate database and ensure accurate ATS/Excel records.
- Support offer release and joining formalities.
- Track offer-to-join ratio,



interview-to-selection ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Build talent pools for frequently hired positions.
- Coordinate with HR/Admin for smooth onboarding of new employees.

Preferred Qualification

MBA/PGDM – HR

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently handle the complete recruitment cycle—from requirement understanding → sourcing → screening → interview → selection → salary negotiation → offer → joining.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
