Responsibilities
- Source candidates via job portals, social media & internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with clients & candidates
- Maintain recruitment records and daily activity reports
Eligibility & Skills
- 1 to 2 year experience
- Ability to manage multiple positions independently
- Flexible working hours & solid coordination skills
- Must be flexible with hours , its not a 9 am to 6 pm role, must be accessible on phone when needed.
- Good English communication skills
- Must have experience as IT Recruiter.
- Experience in US Healthcare will be an added advantage.
