Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar employees such as housekeeping, security, maintenance, drivers, technicians, and other facility management staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, references, walk-ins, and local recruitment.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews.
- Coordinate candidate selection with site/client teams.
- Arrange interviews and joining formalities.
- Verify candidate documents and eligibility.
- Maintain daily recruitment and joining reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Meet monthly manpower and hiring targets.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and deployment.
- Maintain recruitment records and MIS.
- Support bulk hiring for new and existing client sites.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
