Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage client communication and provide suitable candidate profiles.
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records.
