An HR Field Recruiter manages end-to-end local talent acquisition, traveling to job fairs, community events, and regional sites to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing and Outreach: Find active and passive candidates using local networks, job boards, and social media platforms.

- Field Recruitment: Attend local career fairs, industry meetups, and community recruitment drives.

- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and lead initial in-person interviews.

- Hiring Collaboration: Work with regional managers to understand staffing goals and job requirements.

- Offer Management: Extend job offers and help negotiate compensation packages.

- Onboarding Support: Coordinate background checks, reference verifications, and initial orientation

Qualifications and Skills





- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to represent the company brand.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.

- Mobility: Ability to travel locally or regionally as required for field events

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
