We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships, and discovering talented candidates.

No prior recruitment experience is required. We are looking for the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

- Understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Search and shortlist relevant resumes.
- Conduct initial candidate screening through calls.
- Communicate job opportunities and explain role requirements to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Assist with offer coordination and joining follow-ups.
- Prepare basic recruitment reports and daily hiring updates.
- Work with the HR/Recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.





Who Can Apply?
- Freshers with a degree in Any Graduate / BBA / B.Com / BA / B.Sc / MBA / PGDM – HR.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
