We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented HR Recruiter / Vendor Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment through vendors and other sourcing channels. The role involves coordinating with recruitment agencies, sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Coordinate with recruitment vendors/agencies for manpower requirements.
- Share job requirements and hiring targets with vendors.
- Source candidates through vendors, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain regular communication with recruitment vendors and track their performance.
- Negotiate and coordinate with vendors regarding recruitment requirements and candidate availability.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Track offer acceptance, documentation, joining dates,



and onboarding status.
- Follow up with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets and TAT.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company recruitment processes.
- Resolve recruitment-related issues and escalate critical concerns to the HR Manager.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong convincing and relationship-management skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate / MBA-HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, consultancy, or vendor management preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
