Job Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing for various positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and HODs.
- Maintain recruitment data and follow up with candidates.
- Support day-to-day HR activities as required.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office/Excel skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
