Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates across job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and campus hiring drives for open e-commerce roles.  Resume Screening: Initial screening of applications against specific job requirements (e.g., Shopify experience, Amazon account management, digital marketing skills).  Interview Coordination: Schedule initial phone screens, technical rounds, and final interviews; ensure smooth coordination between candidates and interview panels.  Database & ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate details, interview notes, and pipeline stages in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Excel trackers.  Talent Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during initial recruitment stages, providing transparent updates and a positive application experience.  Market Research: Assist the TA team with basic market research, mapping target ecommerce companies, and tracking industry compensation trends.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
