Job Summary

Avodha is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at Carnival Infopark. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.




- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and basic MS Office tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
