The Project Executive (Consultant) is responsible for executing consulting interventions, project deliverables, and implementation initiatives at client organizations under the guidance of Senior and Principal Consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs for first-time managers, people managers, and emerging leaders while partnering with business stakeholders to build leadership capability across the organization.

- Work closely with client management and internal consulting teams to implement agreed HR solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Develop and implement process flows, SOPs, HR frameworks, and workflow documentation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
- Partner with HR, business leaders,



and external vendors to implement leadership development initiatives.
- Prepare project closure reports and documentation upon completion of assignments.
- Support clients in assessing their organisational structure, roles, responsibilities, and workforce requirements
- Support succession planning and talent development programs.
- Assist in developing KRA/KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems.
- Prepare gap analysis reports and recommend corrective/improvement measures.
- Conduct HR process reviews and HR audits for client organizations.
- Process Maps & Process Flows, Organization Structure & Role Mapping

Qualification:

- 37 years of relevant experience in HR Consulting, Project Management, Organization Development, HR Transformation, Process Consulting, or Operations.
- Experience in a client-facing consulting environment and handling multiple HR projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
